Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
